A House with History, Made for Time Together
Ferienhaus Tannenblick in Rochlitz in the Muldental Valley is a distinctive 1970s architect-designed house in a quiet residential area on the edge of town – perfect for families, friends and anyone who enjoys spending quality time together across generations.
With 140 m² of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and around 1,000 m² of garden, there is plenty of room for up to 8 adults and 2 toddlers aged 2 and under.

Some holiday homes are simply a place to stay. Tannenblick is a house with a story.
My uncle Herbert, an architect and the man who built the house, designed it for his family in the early 1970s. I have known it since childhood and later renovated it myself, with the aim of preserving its unique character.
Today, Tannenblick is a holiday home for people who want to spend time together while experiencing a house with a story of its own.

1970s Charm with Modern Comfort
The original layout of this architect-designed house, built between 1971 and 1973, has been carefully preserved. A selection of original 1970s furniture and details also remain part of Tannenblick.
I renovated the house myself, updating it where needed to make your stay comfortable – while taking care to preserve its character and history.

Plenty of space outdoors, too
Tannenblick comes with around 1,000 m² of private garden. The south-east-facing terrace leads straight off the dining room, making it perfect for breakfast outdoors, lazy afternoons in the garden and evenings around the barbecue.
With a lawn, flower beds, a small pond, sun loungers, a barbecue, smoker and fire bowl, there is plenty to enjoy – and plenty of reasons to stay outside a little longer.
Firewood for the fire bowl is provided.
Staying with children? We’ve thought of the little things.
Anyone travelling with young children knows that it’s often the little things that make a stay easier.
Two travel cots, two highchairs, toys and books are all provided, along with plenty of practical touches to make family life a little easier. There’s also a washing machine and washing powder available.
And with a large garden, there’s plenty of space for children to play, explore and enjoy being outdoors.
A private wellness retreat right next door
If you fancy treating yourselves to something extra, you can book the wellness pool house on the neighbouring property exclusively for your group.
The pool house was also designed by my uncle Herbert and is just around 30 metres from the holiday home.

When the days draw in
Tannenblick is a lovely place to stay at any time of year.
After a walk on Rochlitzer Berg, a stroll along the Mulde or a visit to Rochlitz Castle, you can come back to a warm and welcoming home. Cook together, sit around the dining table for hours, play games, read a book or finish the day around the fire bowl. In the colder months, Tannenblick has a particular cosiness of its own.
And if you fancy a bit of extra relaxation, you can also book the pool house as part of your stay. It is available exclusively for your group throughout the year.

Minimum stay: 2 nights. During the main season from June to August, the minimum stay is 4 nights, with a base rate of €200 per night for 2 guests. Different prices and minimum stays apply on public holidays and selected dates. Over New Year, the minimum stay is 5 nights.
Pool house available as an optional extra
Wellness is entirely optional: the pool house next door is not included in the holiday home price and can be booked separately by the day.

I’m Stefanie, Herbert’s niece. Herbert was the architect who designed and built Tannenblick for his family in the early 1970s.
I’ve known the house since I was a child and later renovated it myself. It was important to me to preserve its character while creating a place where families, friends and several generations can feel at home today.
