Relaxing days at Tannenblick can be complemented with a special wellness experience. In the pool house on the neighbouring property, you’ll find an indoor pool, hot tub, steam sauna and pool table – exclusively for your group.
The wellness pool house is an optional extra to your stay at Tannenblick.
It is located on the neighbouring property, is not included in the holiday home price and can be booked separately by the day.
Your own private wellness space
After a day outdoors, step into the warm water, relax in the hot tub or unwind in the steam sauna. The pool house gives you your own private space for wellness and time together.
The wellness area is booked exclusively for guests staying at the holiday home. You won’t have to share it with other guests. There are no fixed usage times – on your booked day, the entire pool house is yours to enjoy with your group.
The pool house is suitable for up to 8 adults and 2 toddlers.
Indoor pool with counter-current swimming system
Approx. 8 × 4 metres · available all year round
The spacious indoor pool is ideal for swimming and relaxing. The counter-current system also allows you to enjoy a proper swimming workout, despite the pool’s manageable size.
Hot tub for up to 6 people
After a walk on Rochlitzer Berg, a cycle ride along the Mulde or simply a long day of exploring, the hot tub is the perfect place to relax together.
Steam sauna for 2 people
The compact steam sauna offers a peaceful space for two to unwind.
Pool table
For a game of pool between swims. There’s also a small kitchen.
Everything you need for a relaxing few hours
The wellness area also includes a small kitchen and toilet. Towels are provided, and you’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks.
There are no fixed usage times. On your booked day, the pool house is exclusively yours.

Sometimes it doesn’t take much to turn a few days away into a truly special break.
The pool house is approximately 30 metres from the holiday home, on the neighbouring property.
Access is via the neighbouring property, at the level of the carport. The pool house is next to the owner’s house and can be seen from there.
It can also be seen from the living and dining area and from the garden of Tannenblick.

Perhaps you’re looking for a wellness weekend to escape everyday life together. In spring, it’s the perfect way to unwind after a walk along the Mulde. In summer, it adds something special to a day spent outdoors. In autumn, relax after exploring Rochlitzer Berg. And in winter, when it’s cold and grey outside, the warm wellness area offers a completely different way to enjoy your stay.

The pool house is suitable for couples, families, groups of friends and multi-generational stays. It can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 toddlers and can be enjoyed by everyone in your holiday group.
While some of you swim, others can relax in the hot tub, enjoy the steam sauna or play a game of pool. Everyone can find their own favourite spot.
Whether you’d like a single wellness day during a weekend stay or two consecutive days as part of a longer holiday, you decide how you want to spend your time. The pool house can be added flexibly to your stay at Tannenblick.
For a particularly relaxing break in the cooler months, it’s a lovely combination of holiday home, nature and wellness in Rochlitz – without even having to cross a road to reach your wellness retreat.
How booking works
You book your stay at Tannenblick directly through our website.
The wellness pool house can then be added as an optional extra for one or two consecutive days. Hourly bookings are currently not available.

The wellness fee is payable in addition to the holiday home price.
If you’d like to add the pool house, please contact Peter, the pool house operator, directly by email or telephone. He’ll arrange your preferred date with you and will be happy to answer any questions about the wellness area.
Once everything has been agreed, the pool house will be reserved for your holiday group and will be exclusively yours on the booked day.

The wellness offering is optional and independent of the holiday home booking. Booking, payment and all organisational arrangements are handled directly by the pool house operator. We provide the wellness offering as an optional addition to your stay at Tannenblick.

Tannenblick is your home for the duration of your stay. The pool house is an optional extra that you can add whenever you like.
That means you can decide for yourself whether to spend a quiet evening at the holiday home, explore the surrounding area or treat yourselves to a day of wellness.
Combine wellness with nature
Tannenblick is situated in a peaceful residential area on the outskirts of Rochlitz, in the Muldental. Rochlitz Castle, the Mulde, Rochlitz’s historic town centre and Rochlitzer Berg are all within easy reach.
Spend the day outdoors walking, cycling or paddling, then return to your private wellness area.
It’s an easy way to combine a wellness break in Saxony with a holiday full of nature and outdoor activities.
Two buildings, one story
Tannenblick and the neighbouring pool house share more than their close proximity.
Both buildings were designed by my uncle Herbert – the architect who also designed and built the house that is now Tannenblick as a home for his own family.
Today, the two buildings have very different uses. But their shared history remains.

Is the pool house included in the holiday home price?
No. The pool house is an optional extra and is booked and paid for separately. The Tannenblick holiday home price does not include use of the pool house.

Can the pool house be used all year around?
Yes. The pool house is available 365 days a year, making it possible to enjoy a private wellness break in every season.

Can I book the pool house by the hour?
Not at present. The pool house can be booked by the day for €200, with additional consecutive days costing €150 per day. Hourly bookings are currently not available.
Are there fixed usage times?
No. There are currently no fixed usage times. The owner will show you how everything works when you arrive.
How do I pay for the pool house?
Please enquire directly with the pool house operator by email or telephone. Payment and all further arrangements are also handled directly by the operator.
