Welcome to Tannenblick, a lovingly preserved and renovated architect-designed house from the 1970s in the Rochlitz Mulde Valley, a scenic landscape shaped by the River Mulde in Saxony.

With around 140 m² of living space, the house accommodates up to 8 adults and 2 toddlers aged 2 and under. During your stay, the entire holiday home is exclusively yours.

Large windows, plenty of greenery and the spacious open-plan living and dining area create room for shared moments as well as peaceful places to retreat. Whether you are travelling as a family, spending time with friends or enjoying a getaway with several generations, Tannenblick is a holiday home for anyone looking for one thing above all: time together.

Living, sleeping and space to retreat

Tannenblick extends across the ground floor and lower ground floor, offering a variety of spaces for spending time together and for relaxing on your own.

Ground floor

The ground floor features the open-plan living and dining area with direct access to the terrace, the kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom with a bath and shower.

Lower ground floor

The lower ground floor has another bedroom with a double bed and two additional single beds. There is also a second bathroom with a shower and a utility room with a washing machine.

An extra sleeping option

The separate living room with sofa bed can also be used as an additional sleeping area when required.

Sleeping space for up to 8 adults

The three bedrooms offer different sleeping arrangements and quiet spaces to retreat to.

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with a 180 × 200 cm double bed.

The third bedroom is on the lower ground floor. It has a 160 × 200 cm double bed as well as two 90 × 200 cm single beds, making it particularly well suited as a family room.

For toddlers, two cots are available. An additional chair bed suitable for children up to 10 years old can also be provided in one of the double bedrooms.

The three bedrooms provide beds for up to 8 adults in total. The sofa bed offers an additional sleeping option – for example, if guests who would otherwise share a bedroom would prefer separate sleeping arrangements.

Eat, talk and relax together

The open-plan living and dining area is the heart of the house.

There is plenty of space for shared meals, long breakfasts, evenings playing games or simply relaxing together while looking out onto the garden.

Large windows fill the house with natural light and connect the living area with the greenery outside. In summer, the direct access to the terrace makes the indoor and outdoor areas feel like one shared living space.

A kitchen where you can settle in straight away

The kitchen is fully equipped for a shared stay. You will find a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and all the usual kitchen utensils.

Basic essentials such as herbs and spices, oil and vinegar, as well as coffee and tea, are already provided.

So you can settle in as soon as you arrive without having to worry about shopping for the essentials for your first meals.

Garden, terrace and space to enjoy being together

Around 1,000 m² of garden are available for your exclusive use during your stay.

The south-east-facing terrace, seating areas in the garden, barbecue and smoker, and fire pit offer plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors – from breakfast on the terrace to a relaxed evening around the fire.

The barbecue and smoker are combined in one versatile unit, so you can choose whether you fancy a classic barbecue or a slow-smoked meal.

Please note that the garden is not completely enclosed. Families with young children and guests travelling with dogs should take this into account when using the grounds.

There is also a small garden pond, approximately 20 cm deep and around 1 metre in diameter.

Well prepared for families

Families with young children will find plenty of practical facilities at Tannenblick, including two cots, two highchairs, children's crockery, books and games, as well as other child-friendly equipment.

The ground-floor living area can be separated from the rest of the house by a heavy sliding door securely built into the wall. This provides an additional way of creating a more contained space for young children.

Please note that the garden includes a small pond and is not completely enclosed.

Holidays with dogs

Up to two dogs are welcome at Tannenblick.

A flat fee of €30 per dog per stay applies.

Dog walks start right outside the front door.

Please bring your dog's own bed or sleeping blanket. Dogs are not permitted on the beds or sofa.

As the grounds are not completely enclosed – there is a combination of fencing and dense fir planting – this should be taken into consideration when planning and using the garden.

Peaceful surroundings, easy to reach

Tannenblick is situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Rochlitz, in the scenic Rochlitz Mulde Valley. The River Mulde, nature and walking routes are all close by, while Rochlitz itself and the region's attractions are easy to reach.

The cities of Leipzig, Chemnitz and Dresden can also be reached conveniently by car, making Tannenblick a peaceful base for exploring Saxony.

You can optionally add a private wellness break to your stay at the pool house on the neighbouring property.

The pool house is a completely separate property and is not included in the holiday home rental. It can be booked separately and offers exclusive use of an indoor pool, whirlpool and steam sauna.
